On June 13, 2025, ST-MTCC held a Pre-Deployment Orientation Seminar (PDOS) as part of its commitment to preparing cadets for their maritime journey.
The seminar featured resource speakers OIC-NW Janpoul M. Poscabol of Marlow Navigation Phils., Inc. and D/Cdt. Sugar Marie Aniog of Artic Shipping Corporation, who shared their expertise and valuable industry insights.
Through this orientation, cadets were equipped with essential knowledge, guidance, and practical advice to help them navigate their deployment with confidence and competence.
