One of the first Theresianistas who won a National Title as Champion in Culinary Grand Prix 2005 held at Philippine Trade and Training Center and Bronze Medalist in Chef’s on Parade 2003.
The Editor and Chief of Theresian Gazette, ILOPRISAA winner in English and Filipino Declamation, Student Executive Council Vice President, League of Tourism Student Regional Vice President and one of the active HUGYAW Dance Troupe member during his college years.
After he graduated in college, he availed his scholarship in Culinary Arts at the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM) Quezon City, year 2006.
He started his career as Food Attendant at VS&F International Catering Services then became a call center representative in Eastwood and Quezon City.
Found his passion in teaching when he started the HRM Program at the University of Iloilo Phinma year 2007.
The former Program Chair of Tourism Management of St. Paul University Iloilo. He also continued his cooking career as Ajinomo Visayas Demo Chef in Iloilo – Bacolod and was a Guest Chef Host of Sikat Ka Iloilo “Namit” segment. Extended his passion for food as consultant of catering and restaurant businesses in Iloilo City and in the Province.
Year 2013 when he decided to accept the offer of his former boss to work in Thailand, he started his OFW life as the Head of Hotel and Tourism Management of St. Theresa International School Thailand for 3 years.
Finished Masters in Management major in Hospitality Management at Philippine Christian University Manila and currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Management.
Recently authored research and articles entitled: “Thai Aviation Amidst the Pandemic” and “Innovation and Transformation of Modern Airports” during the PIM International Conference 2021 and 2022.
Currently working at Panyapiwat Institute of Management “ASEAN’s Leading Corporate University” owned by CP All Public Company Limited, the Biggest Company in Thailand and the largest conglomerate in the World, as International lecturer of Aviation Business Management for more than 6 years.
The Co-owner of the biggest Filipino Grocery Store in Bangkok “PALENGKE THAILAND”.
