Jecey Drake Tentativa. He earned his primary education at Tigbauan Elementary School and secondary education at Tigbauan National High School. He was also a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation in 2007.
Tentativa was also an achiever, for he was a dean’s lister from academic year 2004 to 2006. He was a Magsaysay Cadetship Scholar and Midshipmen Officer Captain in 2005-2006. In 2010, he was an OIC – NW Passer and in 2018 he was a Master License Holder.
